The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for our Business ($149/mo) and Enterprise ($299/mo) plans — from prospecting through close. This is a 100% commission role designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive with autonomy and are motivated by performance-based compensation.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and engage landscape firms, property management companies, real estate developers, architects, and contractors
  • Run product demos showcasing AI design generation, client portals, proposal tools, and white-label capabilities
  • Close Business and Enterprise subscriptions (monthly and annual contracts)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline using our CRM
  • Hit weekly activity targets: 200+ dials, 35+ conversations, 7+ demos per week at steady state

Compensation

Compensation is entirely performance-based — your earnings scale directly with your results.

Quarterly volume bonuses: Hit 10 deals in a quarter and earn $500. Hit 20 and earn $1,500. Hit 30+ and earn $3,500+. Additional accelerator bonuses kick in for annual contracts.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a commission-heavy role
  • Comfortable making 40–50 cold calls per day and managing your own pipeline
  • Experience running product demos over Zoom or phone
  • Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills
  • Self-directed professional who excels in an autonomous work environment
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone setup

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience selling into landscaping, construction, property management, or real estate verticals
  • Familiarity with AI/tech products and the ability to demo software confidently
  • Existing network or book of business in adjacent industries
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc.)

The First 90 Days

Days 1–30

Product certification, ICP deep-dive, build your target list, and start dialing.

Goal: 10+ demos booked, 1–2 closed deals, and a pipeline worth $5K+.

Days 31–60

Full outreach cadence. Close the pipeline you built in month 1 and keep filling the top of the funnel.

Goal: 5–8 deals closed, 25–35% close rate.

Days 61–90

Full productivity. Reaching steady-state volume, building referral channels, and converting annual contracts.

Goal: 8–10 deals/month, $1,800–$2,800/month in commission.
